Here are three things you must do to STOP your hair from falling out. I KNOW THESE SOUND TERRIBLY SIMPLE but they work and the medical community will not tell you this. You have to do the research on your own to find this out. 

No conspiracy against you - just doctors do not study “natural” medicine. They concentrate their study on fixing symptoms of problems in the human body and try to keep up to date with the glut of medical information they need to know just to keep current in the medical field. They do not have time to look into every option for you – that is your job. I don’t need to knock doctors - they do amazing work.  They cannot be expected to know everything about every health condition.
These steps below cost you almost nothing to do yet will start the process of STOPPING your hair loss. Expect some results in as little as a week or so – more drastic results in a couple weeks.

Key 1. Start Taking a Quality Multivitamin with Multimineral
 
I don't mean a Flintstones chewable, go to Whole Foods or another "health food" store and talk to someone who is passionate about natural health. Ask for the best multivitamin -multimineral for adults that easily absorbs into the body. Now take it EVERY DAY. You can experiment with cheaper brad names later; right now, you need to get the proper nutrients into your body to maintain proper functioning. You see, hair loss starts at the cellular level. If you don't have the proper nutrients in your body, noting will grow. The same with planting any seed in dirt that is depleted of nutrients and minerals - it has nothing to feed on.

Key 2. Drink the proper amount of Water Every Day

Studies show that adults should drink between 10 and 14 - 8oz. glasses of water every day. Again going back to the cellular level, for BASIC cellular functioning, cells must be properly hydrated. Professionals differ on exact calculations, but one formula is a half an ounce for every pound of body weight if you are not working out. Therefore, if you are 180 Lbs. that would be 11 - 8oz. glasses of water every day. Drink more water every day if you are active or in dry or extreme temperature climates. Drink distilled water or at the very least filtered water that REMOVES chlorine, lead, etc. and not just masks odor and taste like the common pitcher filters do. Disperse your drinking throughout the day don't binge before meals - just keep a simple Nalgene bottle next to you on your desk or near where you work. It has easy to read oz markers on the side to help you keep track. Again, think about the seed in the ground metaphor, how much would a seed grow with insufficient water?

Key 3. Stop the Caffeine

This one “hurt” me the most.  However, I am so glad I did.  I have NO FALL-OUT now. Caffeine is a diuretic, which makes you urinate out more liquid than you take in causing you to loose hydration. Drink a fruit beverage, milk or other non-caffeinated drink in its place if you need something with flavor. The best drink for you is purified water of course. Caffeine is also a toxin. That is right, one reason you get a burst of energy from drinking it is that your body speeds up to get it out of your system, one of the reasons it makes you urinate more. If you can't stop coffee cold turkey, go half caffeine and half decaf until you can go decaf, then to no coffee. Drink water. “But I need caffeine because I don’t get enough sleep” (we’ll cover that issue in the next step). Again, think of that seed in the ground and watering it with something that contains toxins.
